This fast food is a tradition in Seattle and Burgermaster is so American. If you have never been, try at least once to dine in your car! Cheeseburgers, fries, milk-shakes… make your choice.

Hommage once again
Update: Hommage has closed on 8/15/2015
We went to Hommage last October, a few days after it opened. It was pretty promising and it was time to go back.
When we arrived, we found out that a couple of friends were just seated there. We joined them and our party of 4 ordered a lot of things on the menu. We were not disappointed: the beets with apples were delicious, Sea scallops were perfectly cooked, meats were tasty, and desserts unique.
My only complaint about our evening there is the cold ambiance in the main building. Next time we’ll ask to be seated in the glass house.

Suika, Japanese bar and restaurant
Suika is a new Japanese Snack Bar on Capitol Hill. They serve Japanese fusion food, tapas style.
The staff welcomes you with a cheerful “Irrashaimase!” and is super friendly and helpful.
The inside decor is full of character with a fabulous chandelier made out of Sake bottles. I love it!
It was delicious and the experience is even better when shared with very good friends!
We need to go back to taste other dishes like the Oxtail Ramen and the Kakuni Bibimbap (pork, green onion and shrimp and rice mixed and served in a hot stone bowl).
