Best Baguette in Seattle?

Where can one get the best baguette in Seattle?

Last year, I shared with you my two favorite places (Bakery Nouveau and Columbia City bakery) to buy a crunchy and tasty baguette : Read more here: MonPetitSeattle.com/Best baguette in Seattle

Since then, there has been at least a new one to consider and you can buy it at… Costco. Yes, I am not kidding. For a few months, they have offered baguettes baked onsite at the Kirkland and Issaquah stores. This is a delicious baguette: crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, all for only $2.50.

But I would like to hear, what is your favorite baguette?

Ayako Fabulous Jam

This is not ordinary jam. It is so wonderfully put together and with such fabulous fruits that it is a pure delight.

Ayako Jams is a Seattle based company that makes the jams with fruits (mostly different varieties of plums and apricots) exclusively picked in an organic certified Japanese farm near Yakima, WA.

You can find these lovely jars around Seattle: Molly Moon’s, London Plane, Marigold & Mint in Melrose Market or online. They are not cheap, but they can make nice gifts.

Parfait Ice Cream small batch from scratch

It feels like Spring today in Seattle. It is time for Ice cream! Especially when they are Organic, completely made from scratch in the room behind the counter, with mostly local ingredients, and last but not least when they are delicious!

Parfait Ice Cream started as a truck that you may have seen on different Farmers Markets. They will, for sure, be at the Queen Anne Farmers Market this summer (This market starts in June and is every Thursday night from 3-7:30pm). They are still finalizing their other regular locations for the summer season.

I have not try the Macaron Ice Cream I need to return.

What is your favorite place for ice cream?
