Confectional Cheesecakes

I know that cheesecake may not be the most gourmet or fancy pastry but once in a while, I do enjoy having one but only an Individual Cheesecake at The Confectional.
If you haven’t yet, you have to try them at The Confectional. I have a preference for the plain Seattle’s New York style and the Lemon White Chocolate one.

Confectional cheesecakes has 2 locations:
Pike Market (1530 Pike Place), and Armory at Seattle Center (9305 Harrison Street).

Parfait Ice Cream, farm to cone!

Parfait Ice Cream makes ice cream from scratch with only basic ingredients: organic milk, eggs, cream, and sugar. They are in the process of an organic certification from WSDA, which would allow them to go to wholesale. It means that you will soon find them in stores near you.

In the mean time, you can go every day from noon to 10pm to their brick and mortar store or find their truck in the Farmers Markets.

The blood orange sorbet is fantastic! And my daughter, a foodie-to-be, had the Brownie Ice Cream sandwich. She loved it!

Frozen Cookie Dough

I like to stop in this cute little cookie shop and take some time to drink a good drip coffee.

Sometimes I treat myself to a tasty cookie. If you are lucky you may have one fresh out of the oven.

If you want to be sure to eat them warm, buy a bag of frozen cookies and bake them at home. And because Robin shapes them in a form of a ball, when you bake them, they will be crispy on the outside and stay soft on the inside. Enjoy!
